Sophia is a Senior Associate at Equal where she focuses on investments across the firm’s core verticals. Prior to Equal, Sophia was most recently at Touchdown Ventures where she invested in early and growth stage startups on behalf of several Fortune 500 Corporations across the real estate technology, fintech, and commerce landscapes. Previously, Sophia worked at Brookfield in asset management and investments within their commercial real estate division.

Sophia holds a BS from Wake Forest University where she studied Business and Enterprise Management with a concentration in Finance and Data Analytics. Sophia played Division 1 volleyball. In her spare time, you can find her exploring the nearby rock-climbing facilities, out for a run on the West Side Highway, or in the ceramics studio.
